I did them up wellllll tight though =/

Stood on the bloody spanner or wrench to make sure it was tight!

Anybody know what size locking wheel nuts will fit?

you didnt snap them did you? checked theres no thread in the hub?

Get yourhand between the wheel and strut and make sure there a good inch or 2 away.

Theres about 1cm if that between the edge of my wheel at the strut. wheel is ET60 with 15mm adaptors.

and buy some locktite!

Naa just checked them, they're all okay. However there was a bit of 'silver' in the hub bolt holes but not much. Could that mean they're coming loose?

just buy a torque wrench set it to 120nm and do the bolts up properly!!!!!

while your in halfords trying to get wheel bolts buy yourself a god damn torque wrench and stop endangering yourself and other road users!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is genuine VW FAULT. I had the exactly the same problem and it was the anti roll bar that had broken, i had to have new anti roll bushes, steering bushes and a track rod end. A big bill though :(
