Pikeys - why i hate them!

Featured Replies

just had a pikey knock on the door asking if i wanted to get rid of my breadvan just because the tax was out! I dont think he could quite understand that i still wanted it and just didnthave it on the road at the present time.

Its about time some of this scum of society got a proper job instead of driving round the countryside looking for metal to weigh in! If i wanted to get rid of it, i have a mate who works in a scrapyard anyway so it wouldnttake me long to get it moved. Besides, although the outside is tatty, the interior is so clean and mint that it would be a shame to get it crushed into a cube!

better watch out mate... he'll have his mates round trying to 5 finger that! i would take the carb off or sumthin! bare peeps in the old skool ford community have been having their cars nicked by theiving pikeys!

At least they asked

well again, current economic climate, more unemployed, crime is gunna rise with it you watch

car thefts the usual, will go wilddddddd

Mr Doom himself

the handbrake is seized on so it wont move anyway

Took his number plate etc so if it goes walkies, i'll be getting the chaps at work to look up the registered keepers address at work and getting the old bill down there.

I live on a back road which is quite busy anyway so anything unusual is spotted very quickly. Shame i dont have anywhere else to put it. There is a communual carpark next door but That would make it easier to break into and move.

oh, the batterys flat as a pancake too so it would have to be trailered away.

i dnt see anything wrong with that to be honest! loads of people on here got there breadvans this way!

i think that depends on the context! yes asking some old boy who has had a classic outside his house for time is one thing... but pitching up and trying to blag a car as it had no tax (whilst clearly looking like theiving scum) says another!

id keep a watch out, they will drag it away if they want it bad

but he wanted to scrap it! I have plans for it. Just haven't got round to it yet as:

a) need to pay for the work on my G first

b) it won't start (battery or knackered earth issue)

i'd invest in some armoured door plates, there's always the window but they might be reluctant to smash that if a screw drive cant be rammed past the handle  doubt they'd come back to try and nick it anyway tbh..

Chill out fella, was only askin.

scrap is around 60 quid a ton round my way, drive or drag in, so projects left on driveways all day beware

tbf you lucky they asked couple of old skool cars round here the pikeys ask you like they did with you and come and lift it with a high ab and it s gone!!!!

keep you eyes on it dude chain it to a hoop in the floor if you have to!!!!

some pikey ask me if i wanted to scrap the old polo the over day

now my polos still got tax on it

so i thought they where only trying there luck on the way home after picking up a car from the bottom of the road

and the polos in better nick that the pug

but now you've got me worried about the polo i don't think any one could get it out thought :ninja:

I hate the bastards

They had this off me :crybaby:

I only left it over night in the carpark next to me, it had no front suspension on and was on axel stands too :cry: dirty c*nts

tbh mate i think they was only asking

U get alot of that these days on building sites and in skips on the roadsides,

Wouldnt worry about it, but u did the right thing geting the reg just incase like

I normally keep a handy handful of scrap to give them (normally just contaminated shit like old shocks that weighs in for next to nothing). Ask them if they want it, have a bit of a chat and generally come across as sound, that way chances are if someone's a cock to them it's their car that gets uplifted not yours.

i had same when i had the Cresta on the drive, cheeky nice people arent they!

I got a family of pikeys that got housed by the council right next door to me!

There proper crazy, have like 6 kids and there always having massive arguements in the street.

The man of the house makes his money by treking round in his transit van finding old CRT TV's to take the tubes out of them and scrap them for cash, apparently theres exspensive materials inside them? His garage is absolutely rammed with them!
