cheers mate :) keep the updates coming nick!

will keep updating as it progresses :-D with the 20vt polo, its all down to personal preference tbh, depends what you want from it. i recon you should get a ride in one then decide from what you think, cause they are cool cars, and ofc different 8-)

I'll take him in mine at the next no rice... however there's a big difference between a 15 minute blast up a dual carriage way with a massive grin on your face to having to put up with one everyday!!!!!! I think it's the bucket seats in mine that are depressing me the most!!!! But they weigh feck all and it's all about the weight!!!!!!!!

cheers mate, next update will be best in my eyes, cant wait to get the mk2 rainbow trim seats in. might not be mk2 recaros or edition 1 recaros, but i cant get enough of my standard mk2 rainbow trim gti seats haha.

Orange indicators look so much more classy imo.

bigger brakes are in the pipeline, can go up to 310/12mm discs i think. but atm the g60 brakes with uprated pads and discs stop me pretty well

hello mate loving the car, looking at a mk2 golf on wednesday. just wondering a few things about them if thats alright, like whats the most common structual problems with them? and its got the same front brake conversion with g60 brakes and fast road pads but what is the smallest wheels you can fit over them?

Cheers for any help, Joe

with g60 brakes the smallest you can really go is 15 inch...and with some i think you might need a small spacer to clear the calliper. with the structural side of things i.e. rust, id be looking at all the arches, around the windows under the rubbers, the sills, the filler neck, and inderneath at the chassis rails...oh and the battery tray too.

hope this helps, even if it is abit late...
