picked up some g60 arches, door rub strips, and a genuine vw gti quad lamp grill thats never been used. all ready for a full rebuild of the csr next year :)

had a bit of a spruce up of the engine bay, this included a forge silicone tip.

the speckles that can be seen on the intake manifold are drops of rain not a dodgy job haha... damn weather, please excuss the engine cover... the square patch where ''5v turbo'' is needs doing again, but due to the weather its gonna have to wait

I've also lost the strut brace as i didnt like the look of it, and i haven't noticed a difference with it off, and I've added the vag plastic strut covers :)

got some updates :)

to start, my electric window packed up, so i had to replace that. fitting was a doddle but the conectors were different. So i had to yake the conector off the old unit and put it on the new units wires. After that i had to reseal my door

new regulator in:

stage one: covering all holes in door with plastic sheeting and tape. method i used was to tape the top then tuck the rest of the plast inside the door so any water is directed into the door rather than seeping through

stage two: i then put one large sheet on, again tucking in at the bottom so all water is directed into the door and out through the drain holes

then the door card went back on

I also got a new interior. i went for the edition one recaros, just need to find the matching carpet and parcel shelf/holders. I also got hold of a momo team 280 for decent money

and lastly i changed my air filter as the old one was past it

i just bought a mk2 golf, this and my dads g60 are how id love mine to look just looks perfect!!

How much difference did you notice in power between the polo and the golf mate?

well its been a while since I've updated this! a whole 2 years! theres been a few changes. they include an engine bay revamp, new wheels, more lows and 305mm brembo 4 pot brakes. heres some pictures :)
