When i wind my window up and down on the passenger door side i get a clunk half way down

When i wind my window up and down on the passenger door side i get a clunk half way down

I have the same problem is the window stiff to wind up?

what do you reckon it could be?

have you took your door panel off to see what it is?

the window has fell of the rail will need to remove the door panel replace the window onto the rail grease up all the joints and pop the panel on easy job 20mins max
