Just got my 1.4 L polo 1998 mettalic black and it has standard wheels on it. I would really like to know what size alloys to get, i mean bigger is better to me but i don't want any scraping on the wheel arches as i turn tight. just a comfortable fit, if anyone could help me. cheers p.s it aint lowered or anything.....

Go no bigger than 15's imo, and pretty much everyone elses. Anything bigger than 15's on a polo just looks abit, well, uncomfortable i think.

Personal opinion though obviously. I've' got 15's with 195/50, no lowering at present and no scrubbing. Desperate to go low and get some stretch but moneys kinda limited :(
