Right here goes.....

When I got the car there was a small bit of rust on the corner of the door near the front wing but then over the three years had got worse and ended up like this.....

It had completely gone rotten underneath the door aswell.

After ages of looking for a door I found one off here from Doncaster (Neil_dubgt,Cheers mate )

It was a good door but was the wrong colour But wasnt a problem.So out came the paint and the work started.....

Rubbing down and prepping....

Didnt get any pics of it primered

Ahh well lol

Heres the top coat....

My son also sprayed up the wheel trims and badge....

The old door on with the wheel trims off which my son thought looked better lol

new door against the car....

And the new one on!!

Looks alright for my second attempt at spraying as I did the passenger door last year.
