my dad used to run black and slivers on his sirra cossie got dun for it tho some think like 30pound fine probs more than that now tho and they give u 3days to get new plates

the number plate does make it look better a car with cracked old crappy plates that are faded make a car look shite

Number plates sometimes make the difference between a car looking good and looking like a dog.

You could have the cleanest shiniest car ever in the world but with old cracked watermarked plates with rusty screws it would look shit.

Put brand new shiney plates on an average everyday cleanish car and it could really lift its appearance.
