Orite everyone , Because these parts are showing quite big interest ,i thought ill take some new pics and ill edit the thread completely. alot of you no i can make parts for cars out of either stainless steel , titanium or alliminium . At the moment I'm making Gear Knobs , Rear wiper bungs, Wing mirror Tilts all out of different metals. I can also make other parts but you will have to ask me such as dust caps. I machine them , then give them a quick polish and then post them :) . Some may think that the prices are abit steep , but then some of you haven't seen them :) , PM me with any Queries , Questions or Orders :) , The Rear wiper bungs are my new design and are new pics and look awesome , as do all the parts.

All parts can be modified in anyway you want just ask, they will be supplied as bare polished metal and i would advise that you lacquer them to prevent corrosion from salty rain water. If you want something for your car made by me and its NOT a mk3 coupe , then you will usualy have to supply the dimentions becuase obviously i will not no them unless its a mk3 coupe , becuase i can then just take dimentions from my car, if you are after a rear wiper plug , i need the diameter of the hole with the rubber sealing ring still in because this still acts as the sealing agent still , and a pic of the rear of your car . VERY IMPORTANT.

iv just been taking some pics , pretty shit ones tbh, these are the things that are on my car at the mo and have been for some time.

ill ad pics in a sec, the pics don't do justice of the bits. and i prefer the look of them as they have just come off the machine, but i had to spray the parts that will be weathered because , tho its stainless steel, it still rust's but does not corrode. If anyone would like them contact me threw PM or on this thread and i would advise to buy unpainted parts and do the painting your self

orite mate, you have to keep the rubber sealing ring when you take out your wiper and then the little grommit that i make slots in with a nice tight fit.

And surface rust isnt a kind of corrosion , surface rust is just oxidization of the first layer of metal. it then causes a barrier against and further rust , yeah if you leave an old iron lump out in the rain it will corrode , but knowones making anything from iron :S

soz grandad , actually at work on my breaks instead of having a fag , i go into the scrap bins and pick some good useful bits and save it from been melted down. and then machine it into stuff. I'm just not aloud to go into the warehouse and take some stainless sheet and knock up a header tank.
