My brother has just dropped his breadvan and is after some tyres for his 14x6 retro ronal 3 spokes.

I'm guessing he's gonna need a slight stretch at the rear and a lowish profile. Any recommendations? He's got it dropped 80mm at the moment however he's willing on raising it if needs be.

Any advice?

I'm planning on running 175/45/14" on my rears, which will not be a stretch on 6" wheel. To get any sort of stretch with a low-pro you'd probably need to find 155/55/14", which have basically the same overall height, just a little narrower.

Take photos with the 80mm drop once you've got the 14"s mounted on there!
