1.6 AEE throttle body, will fit the 1.4 8v to improve air flow!

If you fit a 1.6 throttle body to a 1.4 would you need to do an alignment?

Not a clue, never done it myself to be honest, I used it as a replacement on my AEE. Anyone know the answer?

looks phat mate i must say! just out of interest I'm thinking of one of those Carbon filters what parts did you get to make it fit e.g. what silicone hoses etc?
