i'd like to point out that i have at no point slagged off any cars and i even pointed out in my first post that starting 'beef' with the other site wasn't a good idea. i've never said its a bad thing to do your car how you want too i just find people calling it some thing its not very irritating...

say for exaple i came on here as a new user and posted a photo of my mk2 polo with a massive pointy body kit on it, 18" rimz, lexus lights and neons. then started calling it euro look because it had a smoothed boot and German plates, what would be the reaction of the people on this site?

A) would they smile and agree so they don't hurt my feelings?

B) point out that its not euro and probably have a few people having a pop at me for calling it some thing that its not?

C) strap a fire work to a dog a light the fuse?

they would do B, this is not because this is a shit forum, or because the users are twats, its because that's what any normally person would do in day to day life if faced with this kind of situation, which is exactly what has been done here, would they be wrong for doing that?

i've also had another thought today, bare with it might not make much sense ...

right so some people are saying that having shit body work is not essential for the rat look, and as we know all the random stuff strapped to a car isn't needed for the rat look, so... could i call my mint 2003 ford focus rat look even tho it has no random stuff strapped to it and has mint body work?

I can agree with those who are debating whether that type of car deserves the title of rat-look. However that initial slating directly into the site was completly uncalled for and that guy deserves a fucking beating
