Hi guys, I'm new to this forum and this may put a lot of people off but my brother is a fully paid up member (Shea1989) so please feel free to pm him as I'm sure he will vouch for me and the car.

I originally purchased the polo as a bit of a toy (I allready own a Lupo GTi) but i just dont have the time or funds to take the car where i want to so I'm going to see what interest i get for breaking the car.

Ok, its a 2000 X reg Polo GTi 3 door in Black Magic. Its covered 71k miles and has a FSH printout, Still has current M.O.T until 29/11/09 but is sorn.

The engine and gearbox are mint, infact it has had a genuine replacement vw gearbox fitted approx 4k miles ago along with the clutch and clutch cable.

The timing belt, water pump and tensioner were all changed 10k ago.

The car has all usual GTi features and spec.

Its also got brand new 16" Ace alloys with toyo proxes all round.

New FK coilovers all round.

New discs/pads all round.

I'm open to offers for all parts as the car is still complete and running.

I will only break if i get enough interest as i dont want to be left with a whole pile of useless parts.

The car is located at Cockburnspath, 30miles south of Edinburgh and 30miles north of Berwick upon tweed. Anyone interested in parts etc is more than welcome to collect or even come and remove them themselves. I'm more than happy to remove them for you and post anywhere within the uk at your cost.

Right guys, The car is starting to get stripped on Monday 18/05/09 so any parts are available after then.

So far I've got dibs on the steering wheel and airbag, rear lights, interior mirror, coilovers, headlights, n/s wing and o/s mirror.
