Over 100quid for the 1piece 16v bumper??? Bit steep? I think I'll take my chances at a breakers or on here LOL!!!

They'll be two prices for every bumper, the cheap one will be a replacement pattern part, the expensive one will be a genuine part

i brought the pattern front bumper n fits a treat, down side is it dosn't come with grills or splitter. was real cheap tho think i only paid £40 for it. got the rear one from a scrappy

hi I'm interested as well which one would be the one to get out of those from the list for the 16v front as i have a 1.6 8v and want to change the bumpers gradually. theres a guy selling the 6n gti bumper on ebay for 50 odd quid not sure if genuine. is the 6n gti and 6n 16v same or different front bumpers.

I din't no the 6n came in gti format have a look at the bumpers on eBay and then compare them to the ones in the gallery and you will be able to see if they are the same I think for the 6n there only 2 types of bumper 16v and 8v hope that helps

there was only the 6n 16v not a gti. could be just the standard 16v one which is what you want or could be a 6n2 GTI bumper which is not the right part.

ok thanks so which one do i need from that car parts site? I'm looking to get front and back.

yer the GTi was a german spec'ed 1.6 16v with the same wheels as the 6n2 but with the standard 16v body kit etc
