It has done a maximum of a couple of hundred miles after being converted and operates with no issues.

Sand blasted and sprayed rocker cover

Brand new VAG rocker cover gasket

Brand new rocker cover bolt washers, rubbers and caps

All you need is the cam of your choice and some rocker cover bolts and you’re good to go.

Postage can be arranged but the cylinder head is not light and is obviously a little fragile.

can you post a picture of the Face of the cylinder head where i can see the valves :) ?

how much bigger are the valves compared to normal ?

the exhaust valves will be 2mm bigger. the inlets will be standard.

what is this like for performance ??

i guess that the flow would be better and the gases can escape quicker?

plus 600 is alot to spent on something that might only be slightly noticable

BVH will be suited very well for a turbo conversion because to get good noticable peformance out of it you will need to rev the engine more which doesn't suit the g-lader as well as the turbo.

using it with a g-lader you will gain some power especially if you are suffering from det on a standard head as you can get rid of the heat more efficently.

Would suit my spec sooooo well too. MAybe in a couple of months..............

A BVH is the icing on the cake really. They don't give extra bhp on their own, but will compliment a full spec of other modifications.
