I'm giving my mk2 golf gti to a cousin when I find a new car but the trouble is I'm not sure what I want.

I'm leaning towards a Alfa gtv v6 but is there any other cars I should consider? I'm fed up with hatchbacks so something a bit different will be cool.

Something fast, uncommon, fun and under 3k any ideas?

i do know its a 1.3 turbo, easily tuned, rather quick but the only downside is its not easy to find a good example
