15" 6.5j 33et iirc, so they should fit on a mk4 quite happily

as for prices, I've seen a fairly average set, had quite a bit of kurbing with centre caps go on ebay for £100

these are mine. they fit my 6n fine. full lock on the front when coilovers fully down and still doesnt rub.
