probably as I'm down 40mm on 195/50/15s and it scrubs when I've got two people in the back or going over big bumps.

id say yes, but it depends on your offset etc, replace them with 165 50 15s

195/50/50 is to tall for the car so yes it will scrub 195/45/15's the correct size or you could use 165/50/15 185/45/15

sry to butt in, but I will be going for the same specs of tyres but 40mm lowering, some friends told me that to avoid rubbing I have to roll the wheel arches, I guess you could do that if it really necessary.
