how do iget proof of my ncb?

I've just never had anything to say and have just changed insurance company and they want proof

ring up your previous insurers and ask for proof to be posted to you , then forward it on to your current insurers, well thats what happened to me and what i did

It's usually printed on your renewal note from the previous insurer. Otherwise yeah, call the previous insurer and ask.
