my headlights are really dim because i tinted them abit too much but i like them. they work and reflect just arnet as powerful as they were, the only ideas i have are HID or 100w. i dunno if 100w bulbs will jut be crap but get me pulled over alot more. any ideas?

You could wire HIDs in mate

100w bulbs get very hot, I've taken a few of them out for customers in the past when fitting HIDs. They got that hot they actually melted the plug on the back of them,I had to cut them off and re wire new plugs onto the loom.

I'm not 100% sure if all 100w bulbs become that hot but these I removed did.

HIDs are the way forward really, hence the car manufacturers now supplying them as standard on some of the high end models.

drove it tonight and i need some better bulbs, they are so bad i drove everywhere with full beam as thats just as good as my dipped. the HID are the best option i recon but i just dont have the money at the moment haha. so I'm going to look tommorow how much some 100w bulbs are as a temporary till i can afford some.
