The Polo was sold on Saturday, had it's replacement for a week now and love it so far. Took advanatge of the great weather and took some pics today.

Yeh I remember Tej getting his, I've seen him on R32OC.com also, good to see another Club Polo member there :-)

I never thought of going for the MK5 Golf GTi to be honest with you. It was always MK4 or MK5 R32. More than one person put it to me that the MK5 GTi looks better than the MK5 R32 and that the MK4 R32 looks better than the MK5 GTi, and it's true really. It's not that I dislike the MK5 R32, I think it's a good looking car, but I felt there was something abit more special about the MK4.

The car's in great condition and has only covered 36k miles but it is in dire need of a detail, quite a few swirl marks etc. I need to get it sorted soon :-)

I ain't referring to the seats, I'm referring to the dashboard, with loads of cheap buttons and and the bulky steering wheel.

I do agree with you about the steering wheel actually, it's abit too bulky.

Quite a few things planned, won't start to take any sort of shape for a couple of months at least though, quite skint after buying the car lol.

yeah, was a gorgeous day, decided to drive through Conwy on the way home to take in the sights, breathe in some of that welsh air!
