Is it just me or are they killers.

Wanted to swap a wheel today,so I got the jack out of the boot aswell as my trolley jack but couldn't fit the trolley jacy under the car as its quite tall.So off I go to jack the car up with the standard one got it off the ground using the jacking points and took the wheel off,and was just about to slide the trolley jack under as the jack just collapsed with no warning which has slightly dented my sill.Has anyone had any issues with these pieces of crap?

Wish I had known that before I used the piece of shite lol.

i ALWAYS put my spare wheel underneath my car when using one of them pieces of shit

I had the space saver under but the car fell on the threads of the jack...

Get a scissor jack out of a scrappy, way safer.

I've had two snap on me,obviously i wasn't under the car and had a wheel under both times.

With one,the white nylon puller snapped and consequently let go of the threaded bar.

With the other,which had a cast iron puller,the threaded bar itself snapped.

Mine cant fit under my car

get a scissor jack out of an old Toyota takes a lot for those to fall over.

Well I need to go to the scrappy for a few bits I will pick one up when I'm there. :)

i dont have one for the lupo but i tell you one thing iam never going to use the widow maker!!!

i got a clarke low jack best thing i have ever bourght !

widow makers FTL. gonna get a low-lift methinks.

i wont use anything but a trollet jack,even the i use axle stands too.i haveto drive the car on to paices of wood before i can get the jack in but ist better than trusting one of those things lol

ther was a guy on here a couple of years ago that got his head crushed reom using a shit jack
