14"X7 wheels with 165/55/14?

I have some 14x7 wheels and want some nice stretch but with fairly decent ride quality. I was thinking 165/55/14? would this look good? does anyone have any photos of this wheel tyre combo.

Also can any tyre fitter stretch tyres? or is it only specailists? I wouldnt suspect that this combo would give massive stretch so would any tyre fitter be able to do this?

Also where can I buy these tyres? If i cant get these I will have to go for some 175/50/14's

165/55 on a 7j is barely stretched at all, 175/50 or 195/45 will sit straight.
