the rear spoilers not damaged is it? jus minor scratches?

basically when i resprayed my car the spoiler wasnt done properly....when i got it re-done the paint cracked due to too much layers...started sanding down but looks like it needs a full go over....striping and painting needed but theres like a chip the size of half a pea lol which is against the body when attached so basically no...hope this helps..
