Is the same pick up that was being done with the young lad? about 11 IIRC? i remember a post from about a year ago anyway saying they was starting it, hope its the same one

its not spi mate, its carbed

not really my cup of tea style wise but that is some very impressive work no the less. i'd love to hear more about this, mostly how you have strengthened it for the pick up conversion? me and a mate have a mk3 breadvan that we are playing with and a pick up conversion was one idea that has been mentioned...

if you could give us some advice that would be amazing mate :-D

I was thinking that mate, and then was about to say maybe its for his son BUT i see a few issues... a roof chopped mk2 bready smoothed to fuck with alloys isent going to be that easy to insure spi or not! if its got all that done too it personally i would of considered mods to the engine of some form (induction kit to get rid of that intake e.t.c) or even an engine swop...

why does a modded car have to be fast? power is just one aspect of car modifying, there are many other roads to follow people... polomon will fined this out when he tries to insure his turbo powered metro

20vTs are probs the uglyist looking engines made only look good with a cover IMO

Polished FTW on show engines...although the colour coded one here is nice :p

thats nice, and i love the fact that you've gone to the trouble of smoothing out the front panel.

mk2 polos normally look so daft without the bumper on due to the large nose overhang.

its nice to see a lairy looking dub rather than the abundance of smooth and subtle cars which seem to be the fashion at the mo
