When putting front seats back in on a MK3 polo coupe, is it

First: The Runenrs first then the playe where the bolt goes, or the opposite as they dont seem to go back in for me :(

Runners at the rear of the seat first, then slide it forward til the bolt bit goes through the slit, if you get me. Make sure the bolt isnt on though or youve got no chance

Will get doing that later today haha, and also put, bumpers back on and headlights seems it has to be moved again for a drive resurfaced, :@
