So i always wanted a mk3 golf since one of my friends had one a few years back, and in January 09 I Blew almost all my wages that month on one, A mk3 Golf 1.6cl in a metallicy blue/purple, She was in pretty good nick for her age. N Reg had no rust just a dent on the bootlid but apart from that she was good, 97,000 on the clock. They guy wanted £850 but i managed to get it for £600. i didnt care, i drove 84 miles with my mate to see it and i wasnt going back as a passenger lol.

So heres how she looked....

So i had a few ideas of what i wanted to do, angel eyes, sound system, alloys etc.

Then one of my friends showed me the 'Euro Look' At first it didnt appeal to me then i just fell 4 the euro look.

wanted to Dub it out, but I'm still 17 and dont earn a great deal so i started off with the small bits,

Got rid of the front grill with the fog lights and put in a debadged grill i got off ebay ....

so that cleaned the front up abit.

Then went and got clear side repeaters & some new crystal smoked rear lights....

Then needed some new headlights, was thinking about angels then the guy accross the street got some so went for the MK4 Style headlights..

Then i was thinking about spraying the back badge in Matt black, but got carried away and sprayed the backround in Orange !! ...

i thought it was a bit different, and looked okay so i left it.

Then i was going to get the Chrome VW Alloys in 17" but there so Common so decided for something Euro...

So picked up Some Ronal Turbos off here....

Then i was going to wait to fit them until i slammed the car because it would look stupid lol but 2 days before i was getting her slammed i couldnt wait and put them on...

They looked tinyy lol.....

lol Then 2 days later i Slammed her 60/55 on Jamex Springs and shocks i had bought the previous month..

And heres how she looks...

Bits that I'm going to do sooon,

- Spacers for the rear alloys

- VR6 Front Splitter

- Crystal Smoked front Fogs

- Scorpion Upswept Twin Backbox With a standard new mid-section.

- Colour code Rear Diffuser, Side Strips, Back of Wing Mirrors & Part of the grill.

Also have an Orange Performance VW Sticker to go on back window to match the badge

Yea i duno when were going to set the cruise up, I'm looking to get at least 15 of us. but probs begining of August.

And Nat has his test on the 7th August i think so hopefully he can come too.

yea i got another backbox, haven't got it on yet getting it sorted end of month with a new mid-section aswell.

at the moment its rattling due to the amount of hits its had because of being low lol.
