Someones going to get a bargin!!!

SHE HAS HAD A BRAND NEW RESTORATION 1 MONTH AGO, INSIDE AND OUT!!!!!!!!!

This is my beetle that i regretably selling.

she has been my pride and joy for a while now and funds are tight i need to get rid. i also need something that will get me to scottland and back with the mrs

shes a 1969, so its tax exempt, 1600cc twinport with a single webber 36

the engine itself has absolutly no knocks or bangs, and runs as sweet as a nut.

there is only slight end float which is normal for a beetle and is definatly not excessive!

The engine itself has only done 22,000 Genuine miles!!!

shes has been completly stripped and restored last month (view the pics)

only thing is where the laqure has dried it has left some runs, as the guy who painted it fell ill just after he painted her. but there not that bad, hardley noticable

but if you want it 'mint mint' then it will need a quick block down and a good mop. thats just how new the paint is!!!!!!

Shes had brand new heater channels, all the welding has been done professionaly and is probley the most solid beetle you will find for a long time.

(all welding done before i bought it about 3 months ago)

shes had new points, dizzy cap, rotor arm, dynamo, ht leads and plugs.

shes running a 009 dizzy and has had a new regulator.

she has had alot of attention from the previous owner, he had some bits smoothed out and has fitted alot of pre 67 parts that shouldnt be on there.

pre 67 wings,

headlights,

long bonnet,

semi w decklid,

short shifter kit,

moutney steering wheel,

and a few other bits and pieces.

oh and a smooted out dash board, which has been done properly, welded!! looks awsome!!!

even smoothed out the external door hinges!!!!!

it also has cal look 1 piece windows!!!

i know there an added extra that someone has put in but they look awsum!!!

This beetle is sooooooooo cal look that all she needs is a nice set of empi 5's a roof rack and some stickers and you'll be laughing!!!!!!

shes only just been resprayed a month ago with a full restoration..... i decided to go with something a bit different, so rather than painting it oldschool colours, i chose 09 plate brand new golf R32 blue and R32 candy white

THE CAR HAD A FULL BODY OFF RESTO IN 1996 AND HAVE PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE WORK BEING DONE IN ORDER. I ALSO HAVE 2 DISPOSABLE CAMERAS FULL OF THE RESTO THAT HAD BEEN DONE LAST MONTH AND MORE DIGITAL PHOTOS THAT I HAVE TAKEN MYSELF!!

I EVEN HAVE THE ORIGINAL COUNCIL LOG BOOK FROM 1969 WITH LOADS AND LOADS AND LOADS OF HISTORY WITH THE CAR !!!!!!!! NOW SHOW ME A BUG WITH THAT!!!

Gearbox has dropped second gear but can be suplied with another box at the winning bidders cost of £50, all it will need is fitting, peice of piss!!!! Is still drivable but just gotta bypass second! I'm stilll driving it round now

The car itself is spot on and someone out here is going to get a bargin!!!!!! this car is worth a fair bit more than I'm asking but I think the damage has been relfected generously in the price!!!

I'd say it would be worth a little more than that.

Think you need some more pics of the interior and engine bay etc. Milage?? Any history??

well its spose to be going back but they guy who painted it last month fell ill and hasnt got round to doing it yet. i could wait for it to be finished but i just want somthing more moden with a sterio lol
