Due to the recent thread about RC cars and quite a few people owning one, i thought i'd start a thread for you all to just post some pictures or videos of yours up, so i'll start:

Tamiya Subaru Impreza, although swapped that shell for this Supra one, which I'm gonna keep on for when i try to drift it :p for the jap look:

Then later on got this '65 Mustang, and some wheels ;) :

Mustang is by far my favourite.

Then the car:

What's everyone else got?

thats 100% same as my rc car or was i sold it last year!

i had it since i was 10 i loved it :D

used to drift nice would do a steady 25mph

I used to have one, exspensive hobby for sure

i have a hobao pirate monster its got a mach 28 engine in it and has only been used about 10 times and had various parts replaced on it such as pull cord, one way, filter, and a few more, its ment to be 4wd but the two grub screws on the front two drive shafts have come out so is only 2wd at the moment lol, it is in mint condition and goes like hell, wanting to sell it as i just dont have the time or patience anymore for it, it does work fine but like i said it needs those screws they are really cheap i just haven't had the time to use it or fix it so would rather get rid off it, it really is in mint condition, this picture isnt my actuall one its just up to show what it looks like, if anyone is genrally intrsted i will post some pics up, open for offers £ 229 on ebay I'm looking for no were near that, just wan2 get rid off so i dont have to keep on moving about all the time, anyone intrested give me a pm. thank you

finally got me a truggy :D

ebay link.

losi make some good shizzle!

I've got a fair few but dont race competivaly

My car is a HPI Sprint Rally, With a Fireball 15 Motor :) and a uprated cog thing (I've got a blank)

Its got Rush Evo Servos on iit and a Mtronics Viper RV15 controller(think its bust)

The car is currently wrote off after i had a little race around on a track got wiped clean and smashed teh front corner this also shifted the motot position chewing a cog up, snapping the front left wishbone and many other things,

Alot of it is reapired but i havnt had the time nor money to do the rest

I've also got a HPI E-Savage (well my dad)

This is in perfect condition

I've also got a HPI Savage 25, this too is broke currently and is running to lean getting it sorted soon

I also have a HPI rush Evo(a few body shells)

This is what the servos for my race car are off so this is requiring them as well as a new sper gear :@ (it seems to go through loads)

And finally i also have a HPI MT12 we spent ages repairing this after anotehr mash up with a savage on a trials course, and a new engine and the second we get it running my dad lost the back end and slammed it into a concrete block smashing the front Left wishbone etc off

As you can tell i enjoy HPI cars need them repairing hehe

i have a hpi spring rolling chassis you can have for 30 quid lol

I may in a month or two get all the cars around mine get them running sweat and take them out got some nice dirt bits round mine (building sites)

I have once jumped a 8ft hight fence with teh rush didnt go to well (bent the chassis...)

taht got repaired Ohh Also MT2 chassis is twisted from teh concrete incident

maybe you need to just learn how to drive lol

it wasnt me that smashed those up, the Rush Evo went thorugh teh spur gears on grass :S

Its had 5

The MT2 my dad did and mine i did - it was over a year and half ago i did this

finally got me a truggy :D

ebay link.

Looks schweet 8-)

Whats the blue thing on the fuel line? is that some sort of fuel pumping device? thats awesome if so hahaha i just blow the fuel through to get mine going :?

If i get a spur gear in time, we'll have to bring them to polo show, set up a track with some jumps and shizz and have a race :-D

yeah the blue thing is a fuel primer device, saves getting toxic shit on your lips

i'm not going the polo show mate, shame cause it would of been a laugh racing these about :-(

I think I'm going to actually put some piccy's up of the rc cars in my household tommorow

My dad works for Mirage well now HPI I've raced them at all levels over the years .

Havnt raced in ages other than buggy racing outdoors for jokes helping my dad test some cars .

Got far too many ..

Neil that piccy's from Don Valley isnt it .

yer, youve asked me that before lol

Grrr what place did the English guys finish in that 12hour race? :-(

tell me more about mini Z! how much does it cost to get into a mini Z? where can i get one?

been playing with this recently, bought it off heartagram 5yrs ago for £25

IMG_0279.jpg

Tamiya TL-O1 with some upgrades, hot motor, RV11 ESC, manta ray ball diffs etc etc

i'm really stuck for some batteries at the moment because my charger blew up when my house got struck by lightning

The English team was an the 5. Place.

The Year later, they have been ob 3. or 4. place afair.

Oh mini-z and prices..... Depends, depends.

Sometimes you get 27 MHz Mr02 or Mr015 (RWD) ready sets for about 90€, normaly 130, with luck, you get a used one for about 60€ ASF 2.4 Ghz are about 140 + Remote. You dont need a lot of Additional parts to have fun, Some Tires, an a pack of Suspention Plates for about 10 € + some AAA batteries, for the Beginning. But you can spend twice the price in getting in Better, faster, and nicer

AWD´s are more expensive, an need a lot monex to get them quick. Drifting might be cheaper :D

keep an eye on the "I Series" they are cheaper, look nearly the same, but they are Crap ! Bullshit Electronics!

Don´t know any shops in UK, but try out www.technicalrp.de, or http://www.technicalrp.com/catalog/. Parts do i order at www.rcmart.com, or from a ebay shop called "hobby japan"

The best German Forum for Mini-Z, and all other small RC´s is www.rc-micro.de. Grabbed a lot bargain mini-z there :D

Cheers

Manuel

takes some practice, but well fun!

i already play full scale drifting, have my ESC setup as handbrake instead of reverse

I've just found this out, bought it like 2 years ago or something.

It's got XMODS on the case.

Any good? If a remember right, people used to race/drift these or something?
