quite a funny excuse!

i got ''you have a sticky wastegate and it needs a service'' that translated to ''one of the grease monkeys has had a go at the actuator with a hammer and bent it so now it dont work''

a shit load of pennies later and my cars sorted

go tell em you want a full refund and take it somewhere else

I've tryed mate, they wont give me a refund so I've rang trading standards and they haven't done much themselves.

Ooh,someone's got the hump - and you'll be lucky to get it resolved as you wish.

I've seen a few cases of gearbox and diff issues with heavily lowered suspension, some cases big offsets, and they've not got very far.

Of course they shouldn't have taken the work on,but still,i think you're gonna struggle to get anyone to help your case with a modified car, tbh.
