its a mk3 coupe and ET 45 with 10mm spacers at the back

Yes. You'll likely get minor scrubbing on the outer front arch,and considerable scrubbing of the chassis leg/inner panel on lock.

The inner is easy - just dont turn the steering wheel too far.

The outer can be sorted with castor-correction ARB mounts.

165x60 tyres are ideal for the car.
