You can try but I don't think your going to have much luck. Can probably get something like 14x6 ones off a mk2 Golf Driver/GTI from a scrappy.

My mate has some 15" g60 steels If your after somethink cheap they will need tyres though!

Yes, as long as the tyre sizes match on each axle you can do what you want in regards to front and back. I have wider wheels on the back than on the front.

vento/golf steels are a cheap option. i payed £0 for mine!

granted they arent mega dished, but I'm not bothered about massive dish anyway as they are going on a breadvan

they are nice , i actually preferr steels , because i would be scared of curbing any flash wheels

By the looks of things g40jon has the plastic covers that go around the lips to 'protect' the wheels.
