Hi all, thought i'd show you the modifications i've been doing to my 6n over the past week or so... because i just can't leave the bloody thing alone! haha

First off, split and smoked headlamps.

:) quite pleased with the results tbh :)

You can also see i've fitted a new bling badge to the grille, it has a matching one on the boot too!

Next up is my smooth wiper plynth

now you can buy these... or do what I did, make one!

I cut out an old bump strip and shaped it into a circular piece of plastic to fill the hole, then used a soldering iron to plastic weld it into the original plynth :)

Skim of filler later and you're good to go, knock it back with a block and then primer and paint :)

Next up, ibiza heater dials

The pic doesn't really show the benefits of this modification, but basically they illuminate red rather than green.

I also fitted various other bits and pieces of trim that were missing whilst I was on.

Not bad for cheap/free ey? :)

starting to put you are own mark on it starting to look good, when u homing to get it done or is it a ongoing task ?

may have sourced 2 more dishes for the BBS, allowing me to run poke and tuck :)

i still think you should split the indicators and smoke them aswell...

might smooth my bumpers tomorrow night if I manage to get a minute!

shouldn't be too hard tbh, i've had the bumper bits out today and there's no bolts behind them, so no reason why they can't be smoothed :)

I made a wiper blank back in the day, so easy yet people don't seem to bother :S

Whats that boost guage doing? I've got an air vent mount if you want it?
