that looks more den 40 drop. what size alloys and tyres u running? any rubbing occuring?

They're 15 inch wheels with 50 profile tyres i think, but i thought they were lower then -40 too when i had them on. Did get quite a bit of rubbing, but that was only down to the balloon tyres!

you get everything in the top pic, you need to take hte top mounts and stuff of the standard shocks to finish the set like. (basically everything above the spring needs to be borrowed from the standard set up), altho I'm pretty sure the kit wont fit a gti, well the gti kit has a slightly different part number so dont know what the difference is, maybe they will fit if you try hard enough you know!
