Good points: Recently been through it's MOT so has a 12 month ticket. For it's MOT had 2 new shocks and a CV gaitor, a couple of exhaust rubbers and that's it. Only advisories were one tyre is getting a bit close to the limit and some small movement on one of the front shocks, guy at the testing station said it is minimal though. Inside all the interior is original with no rips or tears. also has the original tape player. Same goes for the outside aswell, never been tinkered with. Engine pulls well and brakes feel nice and positive. Also has had a new clutch and exhaust rear section recently. 2 rear tyres are pretty new and have loads of life in them, the other has a couple of thousand miles in it at least, the other is close to the limite as mentioned but has some life in it yet. Have 2 sets of keys and one key opens all doors, ignition, boot and petrol filler cap.

Bad points: A bit tappety on start up but goes when it warms up after a couple of minutes. Some small dings and blemishes to the bodywork and a small amount of surface rust to both front arches (pictured below) but in good nick overall considering the cars age. Interior has some watermarks on the doorcards but again nothing major. Slight blow to the exhaust.

Price: Would ideally like a swap for a Mk2/Mk3 Polo but will consider pretty much anything. Looking for something with a smaller engine as I don't need a 1.6 to run to work and back. If I was to sell for cash would be looking for £400.

Little update - car is having gear linkage sorted on Monday so the sloppy gear change will be solved, still open to offers

Gear linkage is now sorted and shifts like new again! So bump...

Yeah is still available for the time being, I am looking at a swap at the minute though which is preferred as I need a car. I'll keep you posted though
