grind the backs of an cable tie them on..

but DONT SHAVE THE BACKS... i talk from perosnal expiriance, only do this if your going to a show etc so that the wheels look tidy, i ran mine constantly for 2 months and ended up having to replace 2 tyres as it had worn a 5mm deep gouge into my tyre! quite dangerous!

fair play..

i shaved mine down on my mk1 in the pic an thats on 14" steels an i never had any probs an i ran the car daily for about 6 month like that
