Hi people

this is my 1.4 8v polo that i have owned for over a year and half

here is a few pics of how it started out i brought it with only 30,000 miles was in pretty mint condition.

then after a few weeks of owning it i got started moding :)

here is a list of what I've done:

16V front bumper with number plate recess smoothed

16V rear bumper

kamei front grill

16V interior

16V rear lights

k and n induction kit with cold air feed from behind the grill

phil j coilovers

Schmidt modern line with falken ze912 195/45/15

clear front and side indicators

Here are some other things i have done but are not in the pictures will get some up soon:

6n2 gti front splitter painted in gloss black

sportex cat back exhaust with 3 inch tailpipe

well here it is:

with the steels on painted white

my mates car is the red one CHECK OUT HOME MADE SPOILER BLADDD

With steels on and coilovers all the way to the last thread need to take helper springs out i think:)

think I'm going to get the insides painted white, we will see

(needs more cleaning)

have also done my roof lining with a fluffy dalmation print

future plans:

getting a respray soon so there will be alot more smooooooothness

maybe some engine surgery

ahh cheers its annoying thou because i didnt read the glue i used properly

the glue only goes upto 45 degress until it unsticks so when i leave me car out in this heat its starts to fall down need find some different glue and take it out and re do it lol

ahh well just done it for a laugh

its a huge lump which the polo would probly struggle to manage

yerr good point, good on the motorway thou might just get a 16v polo engine keep it simple looks like a 16v anyway :)

where did you get the 16v bumpers from? did you have to get them sprayed?

there fun little cars just slow as snails no matter what you do do it.

if you can source some dragon green 16v bumpers then you wont need them spraying obv, mines smoothed yer i had to get it sprayed again. rear one was sprayed too.

well at a body shop near me a bloke who is really good I've been quoted £500 for front bumper rear bonnet and wing mirror and grill surround and all little scratches and minor dents fixed. it depends who you get it sprayed with how much it will cost prices are bit lower atm because of money issues get me
