Up for sale is a 1w diesel bottom end including:

Crank, block, pistons, rods, oil squirters, flywheel

Custom forged pistons to suit a bore of 77mm and a stroke of 79.1mm, which suits the diesel crank

This creates a 1473cc bottom end

I've got an 8P gearbox as well as the over sized Seat Terra radiator (almost new) that could be inlcluded also.

I have about 85% of the rebuild parts (from VAG) including brand new VAG oil pump and water pump

Overall these parts cost me £1300+ - drop me a PM if you're interested and I can answer any questions you might have.

Will obviously need to be picked up due to the size and weight of the bits, I'm based in Cambridge

Just to mention, pistons are designed for stock G40 compression ratio

Pistons mounted to Con-rods are the stock 1W pistons, forged pistons are still sat in their box

No work has been down to the engine yet. Overboring is generally priced around £20/£25 per cylinder.

Most of the rebuild parts are still in the bags with the part numbers on, but they all vary enough in size and shape to make it quite easy to know where they go once you get stuck in.

I have an O-ring push fit water pipe with ISV mount for the back of the block for sale if Henry hasn't got one in all his bits :biggrin: The original one is plastic and don't have a mount plate on the top.
