All the mk2/3 polo 5 speed chassis leg box mounts are the same btw.

was comparing a few gt's to g40's at alltypes and g40's had a patch welded over the bend on top gt's didnt there was a gap? so.. imo there different?

While i was down the garage today i had a look at my spare chassis leg box mount. That came off a CEM gearbox from my old Terra van. Its exactly the same as the G40 one, so thats where i assumed they we no difference. Checking ETKA there is indeed different mounts for the G40 and the diesel mk3 polos compared to the other engines, so the extra torque does count.

yeah its the same shape but one piece rather than two...

let me know who's got one not fussed if its a the stronger one or not...
