I'm back in a week exactly, but it looks like I'm going to be over here for a few years.

I'm hoping to get it into a body shop when i get back and have it striped down and re-sprayed so i can use it for when i come home.

GT is fine dude :) I've got a mk2 square too now but not working at the moment, no mot and work needs to be done.

i bet its so fun with the nos, wasnt it on carbs too ?

I'm only back for global gathering and a bit of business, so ill be around for just over a week.

The body was ok, but there were a few bits of rust here and there but i think i would look sweet with a new coat of paint. Yep it was on twin Webber's too, thats why it sounds so good.

The nos was good when it worked, but it took ages to get right, luckily my friends dad has a thing for it so he used to play around with it a lot.

What are you doing with your mk2 then? Bang some carbs on it if its a 1.3, will be a lot of fun!

I'm not too sure if i like it here, its quite a dodgy place at times, and there are hardly any old cars as people tent not too look after cars well out here. Hopefully i should come back to the uk soon, and hopefully i will have a bit of cash to play with

Good question! I work for a company that organises club evens, festivals and some corporate parties. We do all sorts of club nights and have recently brought in DJ's such as Norman Jay, DJ Yoda, M.A.N.D.Y, Crazy P, Sphongle, Chris Coco and Terry Francis. I also DJ on a regular basis, and teach people to DJ.

Hopefully ill be jacking it in soon though, want to start my own business.

MK2's rock, i have driven so many different cars in the last 8 months. Some have been good fun, but nothing like my MK2. Shame i cant ship it out here

sweet, id like to go bike carbs on the mk2, its a 1 litre but the head gasket has gone so i got a low milage 1.3 to go in :)

the mk2s a beast, need to organise a mini meet with dan stu roly etc if you have time

i soooooo nearly bought this... if you EVER sell up dan i want 1st refusal, and some notice to get money together...
