6n Rear Disk Conversion

Featured Replies

I apologise completely for the really bad pics, the garage is so bad i cant get close to anything.

Dont be fooled like i was, the gti rear beam doesnt fit on a 6n. This is a 6n 16v rear beam with Ibiza Cupra stub axles, discs and calipers.

All the stub axle area was removed of rust and painted. The calipers never got fitted as i gave up on the car. They are seperate in a bag, prob easier to fit them after the beam is installed. I was gonna change the discs too.

If there is interest i will clear the garage and get better pics.....

Alright, you need to have new brake lines made. It will also fit an 8v

Hey mate... these still for sale?

So will all this be a straight swap from my old 6n 8v rear beam to this, no mods needed?

I know new brake lines will need done. But will everything else line up?
