Well my mk4 was finally scrapped today! and what a load of fun it was :/

Dispite telling the scrap company the car was basically nothing, and had no susspension or wheels so it would have to be lifted, they turned up with a fookin transit flatbed... nice!

Soo we had to improvise to shift it off my driveway without damaging the floor

Managed to borrow 3 wheels and wack them on, with no susspension, ultimate decked look, actualy looked awesome, was cambered to fuck & Decked!!!

One we borrowed some wheels and fitted them without susspension, it was decked! and cambered to fuck of the front

The rear wheel looked awesome tucked under the arch like this No susspension FTW

Unfortunatly we could only find 3 wheels, so we had to drag it a little bit onto the flatbed, with the handbrake on, and no steering, which was quite fun

and then the final farewell :sadness :sadness

tbh that scrap dealer looks pretty legit compared to some of the ones i've had collect cars from me, one collected a passat full of another car chopped up, his winch broke and nearly whipped him to death, he just tied it around the towbar at the back and carried on winching that only had 2 wheels at the rear and weighed 2+ tons

lmaoo, well he was expected it to have wheels ect and be a nice easy job but it wasnt really, got it on eventually though

yeah it was a legit company had to sort all paperwork and stuff, not like the gypo lark haha

one of my mates had a car collected and they grinded it to bits on his drive, left a load of glass lying about.

but wanted to do it proper so i had paperwork to say its been scrapped

I remember when I weighed in my old GT. Scrap man was doing his usual rounds down the backlanes so I pulled him and told him I had a car for him. Me, my dad and the scrapman lifted it onto his drop side Transit. Was well good, he was chuffed cause he could just go home after that
