Bad points: As everyone knows polos suffer with an idleing problem. Once warm it starts to run lumpy.

Bottom of the rear window rust is just starting to break through.

i had the same problem with the idling, does it go up and down when idling? mine couldn't hold steady revs and it was idling at around 1500-1700 rpm, try disconnecting the battery for around 3 hours and see if this solves the problem, this will give the ECU time to reset and go back to normal, worked for me!

i had problems with mine idoling the other thing to try is take the top of the air filter of andthen on the left hand side of the carb their is plug going into it take it of and apray with some switch cleaner then reset your ecu!!!!!!
