rattle canned gts for for 600 max really lol.

the only way to get a fairly good finish with rattle cans is with matt or primers but these would just hold water in and do more harm than good any way.

not if its going to hold in moister, it may make it look tidier but it wouldn't help the rust problem any and could possibly make it slightly worse.
