De-Badging a 9n

Featured Replies

Basically I've just turned 17 and am learning to drive as we speak,

I've saved up for a while and bought my pride and joy my 2004 polo.

I've also got more money in the bank, so as most 17 year olds i cant wait to start modding it!

But as I'm new to this I'm going to need some help doing it.

I've heard that i would need a new grill which i can find easily over the internet for around 20 quid.

But I've also been told that i need an insert because the badge leaves a chunk out of the bonnet.

Anyone got any ideas on were to get one?

Cheers,

Not sure tbh, this grille has a lip for the bonnet: Ebay link

But this one: (Link) comes with a filler piece. :)

Anyway, don't always be so hasty to de-badge, a lot of cars don't look better off for it.

But as always, your choice mate.
