got some old school 14's off of an opel manta but am unsure what tyre sizes to go for

do any of you guys know the tyres that come standard fit on vw 14's

the cars a polo 6n

any help will be appreciated muchly

185/50/14's or 185/55/14's or 195/45/14's are a few that look good.

6n's with 14" wheels came as standard with 185/55/14 tyres.

I'd recommend going a slightly lower profile and going 185/50/14 though as they look much much better.

yeh my standard was 185/55/14 and looked bit gash get 185/50/14

What size are they?

14x6..14.x7 etc?

The best to go for is 185/55/14 or even 195/45/14

165x60x14s are subtle.

how much does it matter about the taper of the wheel bolts in relation to the taper in the wheel bolt hole

they are both tapered but the bolts have a much steeper taper than the holes, is this a problem or not?
