As title really

Bought some 6.5 x 15 RM's (£400)

Stripped them,had them bead blasted and powder coated black (£100)

Bought the outers off some RS's,1 & 1.5,that had done 1k miles (£150)

Had those polished up along with the round(as opposed to hexagonal)centre nut (£50 for nuts,£60 to polish)

Rebuilt with new bolts (£100)

Put on some Pirelli 195/50 x15 P6000 (Done less than 1k miles on my Rallye-worth £50)

Put them on my Black MK1............and decided I dont like them on it.....!!!!!

Problem is,it looks like there is too much tyre!

Cant put 45 series tyres on as then there is too much tyre/arch gap

and I cant lower it any more as the sump is too close to the floor......

So I've put some 16's on-problem solved

So now the RM's are for sale

As you can see they owe me over £900

I would like £800 for them with the tyres

I would take £750 without the tyres

I can supply buyer with some brand new and unfitted 195/45 x15 Federals for an extra £110

Only thing they really need to finish them off is some new BBS badges

I've got the old 1's and they can go with the wheels but they are a bit milky lookin

New 1's are on ebay for less than £35

The wheels were fitted to the car,2 bolts in each,and its been pushed across the garage

Thats all they've done since rebuild.

Yes, 4 x 100

Think they ET 27 on front and ET 21 rears
