is everyone going even if its heavy rain?

Featured Replies

Is everyone still gonna go even if it pours down all weekend? or will it be called off?

We went to BugJam in the rain and it wasnt to terrible. The worst bit was packing up the tent and the ton of soaking wet washing I had to do when I got home ( there are 5 of us tho)

i'm going either way already booked my ticket.... if its really bad ill sleep in my polo lol....on the plus side the soap side will be a good laugh in the rain !

rain is part of being in England, we move the show to earlier in the year and so its guarenteed to rain and then be lovely and hot all September

we have a massive marquee and there are places to go and eat etc out of the rain, pub is only 5 minutes away so we will just have to make the best of it, just bring some clothes you don't mind getting muddy.

cancelling isn't an option!

a bit of rain aint guna hurt, man up.

It rained on the way down last year. The was sunny for most of the weekend.

Looks like it will be the opposite this year but oh well.

It will make for a great slip and slid!

People with pre-booked pitches and convoys arranged aren't gonna pull out because of some rain!

i aint booked yet, but will be tormoro, aint guna stop me, cant really see anyone pulling out coz of it really.. it wont rain anyway, if you listen to mr.weather-man u wouldn't fail to notice, he is 100% wrong, 100% of the time

I never listen to weather forecasts...not since that bloke called Fish said..."Don't worry there

isn't going to be a storm tonight" only to be hit with the worst storm since records began.

Besides i come from Scotland and we can get 4 seasons in an hour up here.

Go on you big bastard,do your worst...rain and see if it bothers me :lol:

I was still planning on going, just wanted to make sure there would be other people there

I'ts likely to be showers, not a deluge. Just bring umbrellas.

I've never been to the polo show before but been camping loads... if you pitch your tent properly and bring ann umbrella/coat etc then you'll be fine! i'm dead looking forward :)

Pffft! Rain schmain! Waterproofs and beer ftw. The waterproofs keep you dry until he beer kicks in. Then you don't care as you're pissed

and sweaty!

saves having to put so much water on the water slide..ehh danny

dont be such a fanny. its only a bit of rain.. haha.

well said mate!

like liz said, theres a marquee and you will all have tents anyways!
