so my question is...because iv been driving under 2 years....do i get the option to do the £90 fine and a speed awareness course? or do i just get the £60 fine and the 3 points for 3 yrs?....would prefer the £90fine so i dont pay as much on insurance...

how much does it go up by anyone know?

i got caught doing 37 in a 30 on my provisinal. on the letter they sent they mentioned the speed awarness course but when i signed the letter and sent it. the one i got back didn't give me the option so i had to pay £60 and have 3points OR take it to court lol

and my insurance went up alot :( but I've got one years no claims from my moped and it brought it down quite abit sooo :)

hard luck anyway mate, it depends if they give you the option on the letter really mate
