First pass, track was REALLLY wet, would have run quicker in a narrow boat!, ran 27.1 @ 63mph!

Managed to get it down to 19.38 @ 69, still on a VERY wet track

Sunday

And on a much dryer track 1st pass was 18.75, but worked its down to 18.35! wich i was really happy with Thought it would run 19,s at a push lol

easy geez, hows it going i rememberd seeing you at the ncp car meet in leeds and you was next to that kid with the red mk3 polo with the turbo conversion by any chance do you know if his on here and who he is cos i want to pick his brain,

Nothing! I absolutely 100% guarantee that everything will look absolutely perfect. But we shall see.

so what engine is going in?

would i be able to do the same as you to a 1400 8v on a preg or does it havt to be a older engine?

Just a 1.4 ABD. I figured an extra 100cc's wont hurt. Gonna skim the tops of the pistons to reduce the compression ratio.

No way will this engine be in for the NCP meet, but it looks exactly the same as my current one anyway so no big spectacle. My car will be there though, with the same engine as last time.
